Individual, PAC, LLC, and partnership donations are unlimited. Corporations are limited to $1,000 per candidate per year. State law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Contributions are not tax deductible. I understand that I am contributing to Friends for Jerry Munro and all contributions that exceed $200 will be reported.
